下。自己找资料，了解离婚的程序和自己的权利是必要的，可是毕竟律师见过的案例多。如果你老公已经向法庭file了，那你就别指望和平解决的。但凡他有那个心，他应该和你做uncontested离婚的手续。 要上court去打，没有律师你会非常吃亏的。律师可能会贪，但是也分人，多interview几个，找办事非常professional的。
