凉拌金瓜 (图)

金瓜(spachattii squash)一只，横向对半切开，淘尽瓜子后放入沸水中煮10-15分钟（视瓜大小）。
夹出煮好的瓜，立即放进大锅冰水中凉透。
用勺刮出瓜丝，凉开水过净后沥干。
伴入适量盐，胡椒粉，葱花，麻油。

比海蜇好吃！
