韭菜盒子 外皮脆 内皮软 真心好吃

今天做的这个韭菜盒子不是传统的韭菜盒子，包法比传统的简单，但是多了一个步骤。这样做出来的韭菜盒子是双层皮。内皮是烫面，非常软糯，外皮是油炸，焦酥无比。咬一口，两个口感在嘴中形成对比，真心好吃。
