我炒菜的免粘做法是:
1)生姜片擦不锈钢锅,锅至于火上,
2)锅热再放油,(锅热油温,不要冒烟),放入肉菜,加盖儿,晃动。
3)熟了关火,闷一分钟再开盖儿。
4)用筷子或不锈钢铲(切勿塑料!)轻铲锅底,菜出锅。完全不沾锅。
