麻辣水煮鱼

麻辣水煮鱼，鱼是自己钓的，很新鲜。 这道菜俺从来没做过，今天试了一下。唯一问题是没有大的干红辣椒，

最近厨房装修不晓得把干红辣椒放啥地方啦。没办法。

1) 把鱼切片放在沸水中煮了几分钟，时间是自己把握的，跟火大小有关，俺要把这鱼煮到熟透，但不老，大概5分钟吧。

 

2) 捞起来放在盆子里

 

3) 红辣椒粉(大片的，不是粉末的)，花椒一小碗，几头大蒜切成末，一头姜切成片，豆瓣酱一大勺，加点水，煮在1起。 到后来放葱段。

 

4) 把汁啊汤啊浇盖在鱼片上。。。哈哈，真香真好吃！
