成熟社会，最成功的牛蛙，父母不一定超富，但一般都有商管理，law,或者政客的一些背景

Bill Gates' mother, Mary Ann Maxwell Gates, was a member of the Board of Directors for United Way in the 1980s.

Warren Buffett, Father Howard Buffett was an American businessman, investor, and politician. He was a four-term Republican United States Representative for the state of Nebraska.

原因是成熟社会，最上面的就是商，金融，律师，政客。娃在这种家庭长大，见识多，也受父母熏陶，如果再聪明和努力一些，就很容易出头。

老留很多工程出身，不愿意做管理。但在娃的培养上，如果自己主动做一些管理，起个role model的作用，说不定会把娃的上升渠道扩展很多。即使公司里不做管理，如果在外面做些义工管理，或者小生意，也能扩展娃的视野，对娃都是positive影响。
