ED2 里面也有不少好学校啊，我看有人说不做ED2，因为不想放弃潜在的更好学校的录取

这个真的是一个big trade off。我觉得ED2 能进 chicago，John hopkins 还是不错的吧，这两个怎么说也是top 10了。CMU，Emory，NYU也还可以啊。

我理解的确是大量的申请工作在ED2的时候已经做了，申请费也都交了，可能浪费时间金钱了，但ED2 录取率还是比RD高不少吧。尤其大量牛人ED1或EA已经拿到offer了， ED2竞争应该差一些了
