2020 Toyota RAV4—2

谢谢各位的热心解答！

从周五开始我的车子每天早上就不能发达动，今天发展到早晚都不能启动了。在Toyota 的网上很多人控诉同样问题就是电池draining out。我找dealership 解决不了问题，联系美国Toyota 总部, 最后还是转到dealership. 估计Toyota 自己也无能为力。

我的车子是2020年买的，现在只有7000迈，现在成了我的噩梦。有网友回复如果修三次还是修不好，可以走Lemon law 或buy back. 这官司会旷日持久吗？ 我要付律师费吗？请懂这的朋友详细解答一下。
