06 Toyota Sienna XLE 使用汇报（2）

本来打算开到二十万英里再写这个使用汇报的。考虑到孩子很快要上大学了，车的使用会慢下来，正好这些天在家休息，就给喜欢DIY的朋友们汇报一下！我的06 Sienna minivan昨天刚刚开到十七万英里了！从上次汇报到现在，除了正常维护（空滤、机油、刹车等）, 做了以下修理：
 
1. Backup tire cable 和 dashboard replacement 属于Toyota recall，免费换了. 我的dashboard 只在边上有一点点裂. 可能与我装了vent visor有关，既使炎热的夏天，车内温度也不会很高！
2. Front lower control arm 在十三万英里时control arm的joint boot裂开了. 买了一对原装的. 零件和按装，一共$750.
3. Swaying bar link 在十五万英里时看到swaying bar link的Joint boot裂开了. 花$150买了一对原装的换上了. 感觉这个零件有点贵！
4. Rear door lift 在十六万英里时买了一对非原装的换上了. 这个便宜，一共$40.
 
考虑到车龄，目前有几个毛病没有修：
1. 车内启动driver side sliding door的按钮不工作了. 原因是车门上一个$5的motor坏了（零件已买），拆起来挺花时间，准备有空再换.
2. 自动空调的mode damper坏了，手动调节还可以. 暂时不考虑修.
3. 我的车a/c长年开，已经加过两次Freon, 说不定什么时候会需要换compressor.
 
我经常洗车打蜡，车看着就像几年新的车 （见图）. 目前打算开到二十年或三十万英里再换车！

现在二十三万八千多英里了 （update on July 10 2023）
