I did it when just came here. Not sure if i have benifited from it too much. Many people i know, including my wife, did not have such experience and are still doing very good.

There are million ways to learn the same lesson; one will need to find the ones working for him/her. My experience showed it does not fit me and so i did not encourage my son to do it either. Maybe he missed something; who knows.
