政治饭不好吃，我觉得政府人员素质就不比私企的差，

看看多少在私企混得很成功，进军政界的，根本连话都不会说。

政府部门普通文员素质很一般，不过私企那些文员就更好吗？无论是学历和收入水平，政府部门都是超过私企的。
