regarding how to train/educate/grow their children. For us, video games are allowed, but have to be controled. Some rules have to be set at this stage. However, I know some friends enjoy that their kids have the freedom to play games, and believe that is the best way to grow kids. So no sole answer; it depends on what you want to do. Again for us, 9th grade (15-16 year old) is a critical stage for any kid, not only for studying but for everything.
