Ring By Spring

I heard today that there is such a thing as Ring By Spring at certain colleges, or sororities.  Students are expected or expect to have an engagement ring on their fingers by the spring of the senior year. When they do get engaged, there’ll be a dedicated ceremony for them. And why some students choose where to matriculate. It is more complicated than we think.
