problem is that even some 华裔 believe it is true. I do not think I donate to my son's high school  any less than his friends' parents with similar earning. That is just a fake excuse to limit ABC boys/girls. 

From your old posts, it seems that you are not interested in any private schools. I think it is probably still a great idea to donate; it is a good habit.
