第一步，withdraw掉所有已经申请的其它学校的Active Applications，因为

你（还有你娃、你娃康色勒）肯定赌咒发誓签字画押了UPenn的agreement：

“You are admitted into the University of Pennsylvania. As part of our Early Decision program, you are committed to accepting our offer of admission. You must withdraw any active applications you have to other colleges/universities.”

第二步，找到UPenn的Financial Services，提出强有力证据证明没有FA你们付不起学费，换句话说，你得证明UPenn的Financial Services算错了。一但证明算错了，Upenn只能release掉你的ED binding。

提请注意的是，第二步一定要在实施完第一步之后开始，否则不光是有无诚意的问题，而是有意违规在先。
