UCLA or Vanderbilt University？请大家最后看一眼？

国内二线城市朋友的女儿还在做最后的纠结，想学数学，不过也有可能换专业，UCLA or Vanderbilt University？真的很纠结，都是好学校，我自己的女儿就选Vanderbilt？女孩子私校会更有力一点？
