File a case in district court $5....

You can file a case to district court $5, no need a lawyer.  You can claim $80, plus court fees, your hours.  The total $500.

They will know, they must pay you ($85) or go to court.  If they dis not snow up in the court, you will win the case.  If they don't pay you, they will in jail.  Ease.

The bottomline, they will pay you when they receive court notice.
