There is no fair in the world...

I just heard a few weeks ago.  Also our Asia student work very hard and try to get into a good college.  My two neighbor kids had 4.80~4.85 GPA.  A is 4.0 regular AP is 5.0.  However, in PG county (MD).  black kids A is 5.0 and AP is 6.0.  Their GPA above 5.0 or close.  How Asia kids GPA shows better score?

No fair at all.  That's why they can get into Ivy school.  Go to State U is fine for most of Asia.  The job market not really look at you from where.  There are many other factors to be weight.  

Asia weak point is public speaking, leadership, and team work.  The three areas are most important.  However, Asia kids have good GPA, awards, not very good in sport.  Is that true.
