In additon to the thing you implied (asian does not do good in working place because they are not good enough, another thing is that asian may not be treated fair in their working places. The school usually can provide the most fair enviroment. Under fair competetion enviroment, asian boys/girls can do very well. I guess one can use your statement to argue aisan are not treated fairly in their working places (on average).
