What Baltimore rioting tell us

You think asia, white or hispanic could be a mayor in Baltimor that will make a huge difference. Even you tell top university that you are going to sever those communite and they will disagree. first, people in Baltimore will not select you as Mayor. Second, you may be lured to other jobs that pays more. 
with the % they admite to school, only a few become true leaders in their society. others also will be lured to other professional.
