Again, I posted message again, Ugaz not too far to $2, likely before End of this year.
December Contract is $2.5 now, rollover next week, if down to $2, plus swring decay, make a calculation yourself what will be the Ugaz price.
I'm not joke here for NG $2, likely because of warmer winter, there will be 2-3 weeks Injection in November, Production this week 71.7Bcf/day, Plus Canada and LNG import, total supply around 78Bcf/day, demand is 66.2 Bcf/day, export to Mexico around 3Bcf/day , next week report will be around 60Bcf, by mid of November, Inventory will be around 4000Bcf, if there is a third week Injection in November, so think about where will the NG price?
Don't hold Ugaz, only suitable for Short term trade.
