关于吃蔬菜可以试试这些做法：

我的孩子爱吃这些做法：

西式沙拉，比如各种菜叶加小番茄，黄瓜片，花花绿绿的。

墨西哥的，salsa 和guacamole酱（比如用牛油果辣椒洋葱小番茄香菜柠檬汁做guacamole酱然后夹烤羊肉卷春饼）。

中东那种鹰嘴豆酱。

中式的各种拌黄瓜。

胡萝卜、西葫芦、韭菜、白菜，这些都可以做进馅儿里。

跟鸡汤或者骨头汤分别配白菜、或者菠菜、白萝卜、冬瓜、豌豆。

芹菜不爱吃，但是做罗宋汤放芹菜，或者打果汁放芹菜，孩子都吃。

苦瓜茴香这些孩子肯定是不爱吃，但我经常做，天天灌输这样的话：我小时候也不爱吃这些菜，大了就爱吃了。
