内向，不擅言辞的孩子还在speech debate 混吗？

当初孩子说要参加这个speech debate 就让我跌破了眼镜，知道她很shy，从来害怕在大众前讲话，但是觉得孩子想挑战自己也很好，说不准就锻炼出来了呢。现在一路看来，很吃力，怎么帮她提高呢？过来人指点一下。还是劝娃推出？
