I went to Harvard for leadership training last year. Many of the people in the class are very successful. Most of them went to MBA training previously. One of them told me he almost died in the extreme sports, after that he realized the value of life. He establshed a mutual fund, and 5% of the gain goes to charity.
We had class discussions starting 7:00 am, and many days went to the night clubs drinking and dancing until 3:00am. I only did the night activities for two days, then I opted out.
I was feeling really old
But I don't appreciate the life styles of the parties, and outings either.
Many nights, I saw Harvard student parties in the hotel where I lived until moring. If you kept doing these for long, your health will be deterioted. I don't think it is a good life style. I certainly don't think it is the best way to develop leadership either.
