we coach as we were coached when we were athletes. 专业运动员出身的教练有他的标准也正常。另外，teaching character through sport by redefining the term "athlete". 教练顺着小运动员，也不见得是好事。孩子训练时，妈妈不应总在场，更不应该插话。
