请问--亲戚要送孩子到我家上小学

我家在国内的亲戚说要把他家小孩送过来玩几个月，到美国可以开开眼界，要是能顺便和我们家孩子一起上小学，学学英语就更好了。

玩好说了，上学这件事可行吗？手续要怎么办呢？大家能给说说吗？谢谢了！
