两个offer都被接受了

终于向地主之路迈出了第一步。这两个房子属于ok deal,不算great deal。两个都在好学区，都是七十年代老房。第一个split level，四卧室2700尺，买价16万，地税一个月350，月租金在1800-2100范围内。第二个是两层楼，2300尺，四卧，买价18万，地税300，租金2000-2300。

我自己在craigslist先悄悄列了上去投石问路，价钱定的稍低于市场价，结果还真的收到不少email询问。万里长征刚走出第一步，接下来不知有多少困难等着，心里既兴奋又紧张，希望能一切顺利吧。
