Expectation on Rent Price

The rent price is normally speculating prior to the sale. The estimate from the realtor is normally higher than the actual market price. The responses from craigslist via email are also from speculators who are not familiar with the local rental market.

The real test on the price is to talk to the local home seekers. They know the best about the right price and also depends on the local buying power which is based on their income level.

The positive side is that these properties are in good school district.
