Taking a 博士后 position: early dismissing? easy, I can run out any time; sick? I can take a day or two off, working on weekend to make up my time sheet; one-day break? I need a helper in my office; summer/winter break? I have 24 work day as vacations annually...

Pay? not much. I have to catch fish, and to grow vegetable in my garden to put food on my table. :).
