中国人，美国人

1) 中国的国籍法是很奇怪的。只有世界上其他国家都不要的人，才是中国人。
也就是说：中国的国籍法 = 1 - Union(all other countries' 国籍法). 这让人不
禁怀疑中国的国籍法的独立性何在。

Examples:
   a) a persons born in US is a US citizen, regardless parents' citizenship; (why China doesn't want Chinese couple's children?)
   b) a person born in China:
      b.1) if both parents are US citizen, then he has US citizenship; (Why China cannot take US couple's children?)
      b.2) if both parents are China citizen, then he has China citizenship;
      b.3) if one parent is US citizen and another is China citizen, a little complicated:

  The point is: If a person is in b.3 but Not qualified for a US citizenship, then will China take him? Does China have its own independent rules regarding b.3, rather than pick US's left?

2) 在其他国家，由出生时获得的国籍是不可以被剥夺的。在不承认双重国籍的国家，
不承认的是本国公民因归化获得的新国籍，而不是剥夺本国国籍。换句话，他们认
为一个人对自己的第一国籍祖国的效忠是无条件的。
