Would you mind sharing which ones of the following factors you think have contributed the most to her tremendous success? such as GPA, summer intern activities in prestigious companies, other ECs or leadership positions. Or something else?

Also, for the DBA at H, I am pretty sure most students join the program after having worked for 4-5 years since graduation from colleges.
