有件事我是一直不明白，为什末日本7，8十年前就造了

航母，中国到现在还没造出来？ 好像正在造？ 我觉得中国制造技术应该是有的，核潜艇，载人飞船什末的，都有了。 我在想，是不是中国人的统一规划，综合管理的能力真得不行？为什末？
