her to behave in the afternoon, when she is more tired? Change school, at least, change classroom. The minimum, talk to her in person and tell her that your daughter is shy and she wronged and scared her.

My son stayed in daycare for over 4 years, I never saw any of the daycare teachers yelled at any kids.
