Actually, when talking about moral or philosophical issues

Simple answers are seldom better answers. These issues are complex and that's why people have been debated about them all these years. Simple answers are for people who don't want to think. One thing we want to avoid is to use labels and then simplify issues using those labels. Why killing 5 peoples is an accident when you know full well the consequence and have the means to avoid it (by turning the trolley car onto the side track)?
