1) You should talk to the teacher; 2) As this is the first

time you talk about this issue, just tell what you learned from your daughter and emphasize that she is very upset, ask teacher you can do to help her at home. (The teacher should automatically offer what she can do at school to help your daughter.) Don't blame the teacher now;
3) If the talk does not take effect, talk to the teacher really seriously, show her that you are not happy with her job;
4) Still not work, or teacher's attitude is not good, you should consider change daycare.
