About air-ticket discount for kids

May I ask you again about Children (2-year to 6-year old)'s air-ticket discount. I was told by 胡梦绿 and 饺子皮儿 on 3/13/2010 that the discount by continental airlines 是成人的７５％. I also find China Eastern Airline’s fare rule: “CHILDREN_DISCOUNTS : CNN/ACCOMPANIED CHILD PSGR 2-11 - CHARGE 75 PERCENT OF THE FARE.” But I just called Continental and was told that a round trip air-ticket for an adult to Shanghai is $1268.1 and for a child is $1248.1. The discount is only $20. I am disappointed.

Since we are not in New York, we will not be able to take advantage of China Eastern Airline’s fare rule. If you know any airline in the United States that offer 75% of full fair for kids, would you please let me know? I have two kids travel with me. Your help would be appreciated.
