That’s for < 2. They charge full fare for > 2. Am I right?

Last year, my daughter went back to China with me through Northwest. I paid full fare for her ticket.

If you know any U.S. airline like Continental or Delta offers discount for kids above 2 but under 11 like China Eastern Airline does, please let me know. Thanks.
