teachers didn't response to e-mail

Last year, we had a teacher who didn't reponse e-mail.
This year, the teacher doesn't response e-mail eitehr.
Both of us work full time,we don't pick up kids by ourselves. we haven't have chance to talk to her yet. What we can do?
