1) Keep the baby at home or find another good daycare. No matter get money back or not, do not send baby back to the school.
2) Have a face-to-face conference with teacher and principal to find out exactly what happened on Friday. If necessary, ask whomever worked on Friday in the classroom to join.
3) At the same time, ask State department on regulating daycare to see what you can do if the school does not explain what happened.
4) Money is the least concern for you now.
5) After figure out what happened and if it was teacher's fault, school probably will give your money back. If not, you can sue them on small claim court if you have time.
