Is the author an elementary student?

He is bowing more than 90 degree to 08. It is naive. America's prosperity is upon each responsible individuals, is upon risk taking entrepreneurship, and it is upon a favorite environment to entrepreneurship. Definitely not upon the far left, big government, big entitlement where O8 is standing for.

2) 美國只有「老底子]?
When is PC, internet revolution? Intel, Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, Google, etc? Are they 「老底子]? I saw them in the making, but my third grade daughter didn't see it.

So I do have some reason to think the author is an elementary student.
