I am sorry to say what you mentioned is a classic case of ASD (see below), but he is very high-functioning, so you don't need to worry about too much. After intervention programs he most likely can have a typical life.
The most important is to create a best learning environment for him. An evaluation should including a recommend treatment programs, such as how many hours ABA, speech therapy, and OT he should have per week.
