In that form of speech, saying that “你们看，她就是亚洲人，亚洲人的眼睛是吊唁眼，为什么呐？因为亚洲人的眼睛那里有很多FAT。。。” is very offensive. Racial discrimination is a very serious issue, and you should report that teacher to the principal. If your daughter was really THAT upset, she should have made a remark at him/her right at that moment, silencing that teacher right there and then.

I suggest, again, reporting that offending teacher to the principal or school board. If necessary, sue. Fight back against the racists!

I encourage your daughter to stay strong and fight back. Who’s afraid of the teacher? He/she has offended your daughter in such a manner that he/she should be punished.
