there is no group email account. you may create an email account at yahoo or gmail, then let your group people know the account name and password. however some guys may change the password, then nobody can access anymore.

At Yahoo, you do can create a yahoo group, then you may invite people to join your group. You all can share info, file, picture etc, within the group and send email to the group .
