"没有温暖，友爱" -- disagree.

I was very impressed by the friendship (友爱) shown among kids. E.g., the boy-in-red fight with the boy who hit another boy (the boy-in-red got a bleeding nose); the girl gave the boy-in-red her meatball.

I agree that the teachers need more professional (pediatric psychology or something like that) training. School does not seem to care about kids' behavior as much as their "studies". On the other hand, the student teacher ratio seems super high.
