1) If I agree with their choice -- private school with good reason, i.e., the reason I feel good, I will support. If not, s/he has to pay extra (than public school) herself/himself.
2) I will not pay anybody for graduate school -- his/her professor should pay. If go for MD/law, I can loan with low/zero interests.
3) If the issue is caused by parent. For example, one is less smart but work very hard, still, cannot make a good living. I will give her/him more money.
