For 3, unless you don't use epidural during natural birth, the risk is at least similar. (Considering epidural normally last much longer during natural birth, C-session might bring less harm.)
Of course, I agree with zeox, "两害相权取其轻". If you can give birth naturally, do it naturally. Here is an article against C-session, which makes much more sense than 胡因梦's. (Is she a singer?)
