Every kid is different. Some kids are more advanced in every fields, some just in certain fields. It is neither nice nor smart to make "assumption" on how parents treat their kids just based on how kids behave.

BTW, I did try pretty hard to teach my 2yr old to count. He could not count to 10 till much later. Some kid is just smarter ;-)
