You can ask the other parent what is the norm (or expectation). Are the collection for these two teachers only? Or, ask what kind of/how expensive the gift is? (Do the math to see how much you should contribute.)
(If other parents just contribute $5 or $10, while you want to give $25 each, you should just get gift card for them separately.)
