Whenever I was coming up any suggestions, there are people who already made similar comments.

One more thing to add: when you suggest him with anything,you can relate your childhood stories or stories from people you all know, so he can be more convinced. If it is just a lecture from a mom to a child, they won't accept it more willingly.

I used an example about this girl to suggest to my daughter that people like leader who can keep calm and speak gentally and politely. My daughter totally agreed with me. She tends to speak in a lound voice, and sometimes sounds very demanding.
