The article is about OCD; but mentioned Tourette Syndrome and its relation to OCD. It seems people with Tourette Syndrome can function well. As it mentions a professor with Tourette Syndrome.

It seems "Tourette Syndrome" has genetic base; but could be triggered by virus. -- I am not a doctor. Don't trust everything I said.

There are tons of information about this on the Internet. I did not research this in too much detail. I do know pressure does worsen the symptom.
